Our goal is simple: to bring clarity and craft back to the front of why we build products at all. Lumio is how we do it. A living record of how a product actually works, read straight from the product itself. Teams have built blind for too long, and called it normal. We’re done calling it normal.

Julia has spent the last fifteen years building products across consultancy and in-house roles. Working across fintech, healthcare, e-commerce and enterprise software, she kept encountering the same problem: teams making decisions about products they couldn’t fully see. Lumio is her answer to that: a way to make the hidden systems behind product decisions visible.

Tom has spent his career building software that can’t afford to break: regulated, high-stakes systems where failure carries real consequences. He works where complexity and critical dependencies build, and decisions have to manage that risk. At Lumio, he’s turning that engineering craft into infrastructure that reads a product, makes the why traceable, and levels the playing field for managing organisational risk.
